Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

Yes you can. Just fill in the alternative address details in the payment section.

Can I order items that are currently out of stock?

Although we aim to stock all items at all times, there may be times when a particular item is out of stock. You can still order the item as normal and delivery will be made as soon as the item is back in stock. We aim for no longer than 28 days for out of stock items to be restocked.

How do I know my order had been received?

A confirmation email will be sent out to you once your order has been placed.

Do I need an email address to order online?

Although we look to confirm all online orders through email, an email address is not essential.

How will my order be delivered?

Your order will be delivered through normal Royal Mail postage.

What is your return policy?

For any clothing we will refund your money, or if you prefer replace any item (of the same value) provided it is returned within 14 days of receipt in new, unused condition. We will not pay for the return postage.

When will I receive my order?

Once your order has been processed, items will be posted within 3 working days.

What countries do you deliver in?

We deliver to the mainland UK. For delivery outside the UK please contact the office for more details.

How much is delivery?

For the mainland UK, delivery is included in all clothing ranges. If purchasing more than one item we will aim to post all items in one package.
